Writing down our daily troubles and triumphs is very much a Biblical thing. Jeremiah 30:2 says: "This is what the Lord, the God of Israel, says: Write in a book all the words I have spoken to you." And so, even 2,000 years ago, God knew I'd be here today leaning on His everlasting love and writing down my trials, my fears, my hopes, and my dreams.
